Refund policy
At Monstees, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to cancel or return an item. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your options.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please email us at or call us. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. However, you may still return the item following our return policy guidelines mentioned below.
RETURN POLICYIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@monstees.in with your order details and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide you with the next steps.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags intact. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer. Also, we will not accept returns for customized or personalized items.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
We reserve the right to reject a return request if it does not meet our eligibility criteria or if the item has been used or damaged.
